How to play

WASDRun. You control the player with the ring round their feet.
ShiftSprint. It uses stamina, which comes back while you jog.
EPass along the ground to your nearest teammate. It gets there almost at once.
QLofted pass over the defenders' heads, to the teammate you're facing or the way you're pressing.
SpaceShoot. Hold it and the power bar fills (past 100% it flies over the bar). Let go and the strike needle runs. Press it again while the needle's in the green. The gold middle is a perfect strike. Too early and you sky it, too late and you scuff it. Hold W or S as you strike to pick a post.
TSlide tackle. Get the ball and it's yours to chase. Get the player and not the ball and it's a free kick.
CSwitch player. Press it again to go to the next nearest.
PPause. M mutes.

On a phone or tablet

Put your left thumb anywhere on the left side and move it to run. The buttons on the right do the rest: Shoot works like Space (hold, let go, tap). Buttons that don't do anything right now are dimmed.

Two on one keyboard

Blues: arrow keys run, Right Shift sprint, K pass, J lob, L shoot, U slide, I switch. Reds use the keys above, with Left Shift to sprint.

Kick-offs and restarts

At a kick-off the other team stays in its own half, out of the centre circle, until you play the ball. On a kick-off, throw-in or corner you have to pass it. On a free kick you can shoot.
